We are certified in pet first aid.  In those rare emergencies, we give you that extra measure of security that your pet will get the best care.   Police-checked staff provides a second official  certification - trust.

Think of this as a report card to you of how your fur baby did each day.  Mood, appetite, good BM's are all things you monitor yourself.  We pay close attention as if they were own own and leave it in writing for you.

Updates are sent shortly after visits/walks to let you know things went well.  For longer care times (or finicky pets), photo's are a great reassurance your creatures are in good hands.  Questions are answered promptly.
